Our Returns Policy
If your order is not to your liking, you can return and/or exchange a product for free. Use our returns portal to easily and quickly generate a shipping tag for the return order. Fill in the required info, so that we know the reason for returning or exchanging the product. You are entitled to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without notice. After the cancellation of your order you will have 14 days left to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping. Of course, it is not a problem if you’ve tried on the products.
Remember: Compression Clothing is supposed to fit tight around your body.
How to Return Something
We need a number of things from you to take the product back and refund the money:
1. Original and unworn state
Oxyburn Products that are returned are only accepted if they are returned in their original and unworn condition. The Oxyburn Products may not show any traces of use.
2. Original undamaged packaging
Oxyburn Products must be returned in their undamaged original packaging. The original packaging must be sent in a separate shipping box. To prevent damage to the original packaging, a cardboard outer box, for example, can be reused. We cannot take back damaged packaging.
3. Fill in the online Return Form
Please fill in the required fields to accompany your return:

Return the original invoice with your return.
If the return does not meet any of the above conditions, it will not be accepted and you will be notified. After these steps, your return will, normally, be processed within one week. You will receive the purchase amount within 5 working days (credit card payments 10-14 working days)

When sending your item by parcel outside of our return portal, ask for a shipping receipt so that you can prove that you actually sent the item.
After we have received the product, we will ensure that the invoice amount (or the part belonging to the returned product) within 14 working days will be refunded to the account with which you have settled the article. Shipping costs for returning a product are at our own expense unless there is an error from us or otherwise previously discussed and confirmed.
Does the order not fit? Exchanging only takes place if the product stock has sufficient stock.
If the desired size is not in stock, the shipment will be processed and handled as a regular return shipment. Fill in the form below to exchange. We exchange the products after the package has been unpacked and viewed here. You will receive a new transmission confirmation with the corresponding tracking code.
Other model or Oxyburn Product
Would you like a different model of Oxyburn Products?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to request a different product type using this form. In this case, send us back the product in your possession. You will receive the amount returned from your current order, which will allow you to place a new order. With your new order, you will receive the new product with an invoice/invoice corresponding to that product.

Returning your order
You are entitled to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without notice. After the cancellation of your order you will have 14 days left to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the vendor in the original condition and packaging with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible. To use this right, you can contact us at email@example.com or follow the steps on our returns page. We will then refund the due amount within 14 days after your return has been returned, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
Delivery time of the order?
Deliveries in the Netherlands: from Monday to Friday before 15:00 pm ordered and paid for will be shipped the same day. In general, your order is delivered the next day but in some cases it takes 2 to 3 days. We strive for a delivery as soon as possible but can unfortunately not guarantee the delivery time of DPD and DHL.
For deliveries outside the Netherlands, orders placed until 15.00 hours are processed the same day and shipped with DPD. Delivery will generally take place within 3 to 6 days.
Letter box or parcel?
All of our products are shipped in a package that matches the size of the wrapping. In 90% of the instances this means that you will recieve a parcel that does not fit though the letterbox. Per request we can try and fit the product in a letterbox if needed. Shipping costs are the same for both types of packages.
Deliveries outside the EU
No VAT is charged for supplies to countries outside the EU. The goods are supplied with 0% VAT. These packages may be subject to import duties (and handling fees). This is different for each non-EU country.
Import duties are levied at the moment the package reaches the country of destination. Our webshop has no import duties or administration costs during checkout. Additional costs for the import of our products are for the account of the recipient.
Import duties vary from country to country and it is not possible for us to give an indication of the costs. If you would like more information about your country’s import duties, please contact local authorities.
If there are any complaints or comments about an ordered Oxyburn product, these can be made known via e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org. Our team will respond as quickly as possible (within three working days at the latest) to the content of the complaint by telephone or e-mail. More information about complaints you can find here.

The nature of some of our products, sometimes make our customers wonder if and which products are also suitable for women. Besides the special women sportshirts we recently added; most of our products are suitable for both man and women.
