Warranty and Complaints

We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. Nevertheless, an order can be broken during transport or something else might happen that entitles you to warranty. Legally speaking, you are obliged to report to us within two months of finding the defect. If the defect is within the warranty, we will repair the product or find a replacement for the product free of charge.

Complaints

There is a possibility that something might happen which is not according to plan. We recommend that you first disclose any complaints by mailing us at info@werksokkenshop.nl. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via the Foundation ValuedShops/WebwinkelKeur.

As of February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to report complaints through the European Commission’s ODR platform. The ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint through the European Union platform.

Factory warranty

All our Sportswear should have a reasonable lifespan. You can expect that the clothing will eventually wear out in places where there is a lot of friction. However, it is possible that a mistake was made in the manufacturing of the clothing. Examples are bad or loose stitching, weak yarns, mistakes in transitions or fraying the edges. When this is the case, the products will show wear or tear in places you would not expect. In that case, you can invoke the warranty and we will, together with the manufacturer, correct the errors so that you get a good product.

Received damaged products?

Of course, when our products are delivered, it’s not the idea that they get damaged on the way. Of course, it does happen sometimes. In that case, please contact us by e-mail or telephone; and we will make sure that you finally receive the order as we sent it.

Shipping Costs

For orders in most European countries you pay fixed shipping costs that are dependent of you country. Orders above €150,- get shipped for free. For a full overview of our shippingcosts you can go here.

Returning your order

You are entitled to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without notice. After the cancellation of your order you will have 14 days left to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the vendor in the original condition and packaging with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible. To use this right, you can contact us at info@oxyburnshop.com or follow the steps on our returns page. We will then refund the due amount within 14 days after your return has been returned, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Delivery time of the order?

Deliveries in the Netherlands: from Monday to Friday before 15:00 pm ordered and paid for will be shipped the same day. In general, your order is delivered the next day but in some cases it takes 2 to 3 days. We strive for a delivery as soon as possible but can unfortunately not guarantee the delivery time of DPD and DHL.

For deliveries outside the Netherlands, orders placed until 15.00 hours are processed the same day and shipped with DPD. Delivery will generally take place within 3 to 6 days.

Letter box or parcel?

All of our products are shipped in a package that matches the size of the wrapping. In 90% of the instances this means that you will recieve a parcel that does not fit though the letterbox. Per request we can try and fit the product in a letterbox if needed. Shipping costs are the same for both types of packages.

Deliveries outside the EU

No VAT is charged for supplies to countries outside the EU. The goods are supplied with 0% VAT. These packages may be subject to import duties (and handling fees). This is different for each non-EU country.

Import duties are levied at the moment the package reaches the country of destination. Our webshop has no import duties or administration costs during checkout. Additional costs for the import of our products are for the account of the recipient.

Import duties vary from country to country and it is not possible for us to give an indication of the costs. If you would like more information about your country’s import duties, please contact local authorities.

If there are any complaints or comments about an ordered Oxyburn product, these can be made known via e-mail: info@oxyburnshop.com. Our team will respond as quickly as possible (within three working days at the latest) to the content of the complaint by telephone or e-mail. More information about complaints you can find here.

The nature of some of our products, sometimes make our customers wonder if and which products are also suitable for women. Besides the special women sportshirts we recently added; most of our products are suitable for both man and women.
